The quince marmalade  is an old recipe that was already prepared  at the end of XVI century. For nearly 30 years this quince marmalade has been sold on the Portuguese markets. Portuguese ripe quinces are used, they are washed, polished, hand picked, and peeled by hand, and only the white pulp is used, in order to maintain the flavour, aroma and colour of quince. The pulp is then kept in cold and the marmalade is produced daily, preserving the quality of quince to be more refined, obtaining a product of great quality. Aprox. 500g
