Cheese made from pasteurized cow’s milk in the Sao Miguel Island (Azores). It is cured during 9 months at least. Its consistency goes from semi-hard to hard, with a yellowish colour, small and unevenly spread holes. It has a cylindrical shape and rounded edges.. 0,30Kg to 0,35Kg
